Einfach mal abwarten was Indigo da wirklich für die Ocean Besitzer anbietet.
Auf jedenfall haben die da mehr Ahnung von als die FOA, weil Sie selber EV Fahrzeuge entwickeln. 
Das die FOA das jetzt alles schlecht redet ist klar.

Die OS 3.0 wird nicht kommen . Aber 2.xx mit nicht relevanten Funktionen die homologisiert werden müssten.

Any update to software that directly alters the drive train or affects the function of any safety system including ADAS requires Homologation in Europe. For America, this can be self-certificated by the developer, but they then are legally liable.
The cost for European homologation is €800,000 to €1M. Given the number of Fiskers in Europe, that could be around €1,000 each just for the legal requirements.
So unlikely you will see a full version 3 with Adaptive Cruise Control, Torque Vectoring or One Pedal Driving. Personally I would be happy to pay €1K plus for the above but I’m pretty sure I’m in the minority.
My guess is that the rumoured 2.5 version from IndiGO is version 3 with the above stripped-out plus bug fixes.

Ich wäre mit 1k€ auch dabei - wenn mein Wagen denn irgendwann überhaupt wieder fährt.
Inzwischen ist er länger kaputt als er heil war. Kein guter Schnitt.

One pedal driving wäre mir schnurz. Torque vectoring müsste man mal testen, finde der Ocean fährt auch so ziemlich gut. Aber der adaptive Tempomat und CarPlay wäre mir auch einmalig 1200 wert. Damit wäre ja auch ein ordentlicher Wiederverkauf möglich.

Punk1: der Daumen gilt der Aussage das man nicht alles glauben soll was im Netz zu finden ist.
Und bezieht sich auf die versprechen von Indigo und AL.
Und ja die Homogolation soll Geld kosten. Im Dezember 2024 hat der FOA-Führungsstab mitgeteilt das es sich um ca 800k handeln soll.
