22. August 05:00This is a known issue in the current O Loop build, and a fix will be included in the next release. In the meantime, please try each of these steps:
- Force close the app and relaunch.
- Android: Settings → Apps → O Loop → Storage → Clear Cache, then Clear Data.
iOS: Settings → General → iPhone Storage → O Loop → Offload App, then Reinstall (or delete & reinstall).- Restart your device and try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular.
If the issue persists after these steps, you’re affected by the known bug and may need to wait for the next O Loop update to regain access. We are working to get the new release out a quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Eigentlich ein normales Vorgehen, wenn es Probleme mit Apps (nicht spezifisch OV Loop) gibt. Dieses Vorgehen wurde auch schon mehrfachbei den anderen Apps besprochen.
