Anfrage vom 14.09.2025
Hi, obviously you know the BLE key of my car, otherwise the wonderful O Loop app would not be able to make a BLE-connection to my car, enabling - among other features - the possibility to unlock and drive the car just with my smartphone.
Is it possible to send me the BLE key of my car? I guess, since I bought the car, the BLE key is my property just like the key FOB is my property too.
I would be happy to hear from you soon.
Kind regards
Andreas

We have looked at and reviewed the policy related to the BLE key requests multiple times, and due to security, privacy, and compliance standards, we do not share or transmit BLE keys. These keys are managed within a secure environment and governed by protocols designed to protect user data and prevent unauthorized access in accordance with industry best practices.
