Was willst denn DC ins Haus einspeisen? Bei dem minimalen Gebrauch das so ein Haus hat! auch für das stiften in den Homeakku ist doch Zeit genug!
Hallo zusammen! Ich begleite die Diskussionen hier auch seit einiger Zeit, wenn auch eher unregelmäßig und wohl nicht mit der gebotenen Ernsthaftigkeit. Mit geht es aber sehr ähnlich wie OLehnert. Denn ich frage mich die ganze Zeit, was mir die Apps helfen sollen? Einzige sinnvolle Anwendungen scheinen mir zu sein, dass ich Schlüssel und NFC-Karten dann wohl selbst anlernen könnte und kleinere Fehler (Doggy-Fenster) beheben könnte. Oder ginge da (für einen Laien) auch mehr? Und wenn ja, welche App? Freesker oder Ocean Link Pro? Bekomme ich beide nur, wenn ich zahlendes Mitglied bei der FOA bin?
Sorry, wenn ich bei einigen von Euch für Augenrollen sorge, aber ich wäre für Antworten echt dankbar.

Das, was von 2.5 und 2.6 bekannt ist, enthält meiner Einschätzung nach nichts, was der Homologation bedürfen würde. Auch nichts nach den genannten Kriterien aus diesem Facebook-Post.

Schlimm, wartet doch einfach ab, ob das jetzt heute ist oder wann auch immer, Euer Ocean fährt doch ohne die App! Es hört sich hier immer so an als wenn Euer Leben oder,das des Ocean an dieser App hängt!
Wenn sie heute die Betaversion releasen, wann könnte die dann im Apple App-Store verfügbar sein?
Kann das jemand einschätzen?
Ich hab da von allerlei rechtlichen Hürden und Prüfungen gelesen, die (das war zumindest mein Eindruck) noch überstanden werden müssen?!

Ocean Link Pro - Status Update:
1) DTC report is ready for iOS / Android
2) Clear DTCs is ready for iOS/ Android
3) Software Versions is ready for iOS / Android
4) Windows Calibration and Control is ready for iOS / Android
5) Digital Key is ready for iOS
6) Digital key for android is still buggy - will not be part of the release
7) Support multiple vehicles is ready for iOS / Android
We decided to release the app with the above features, so digital key will not work for android, only iOS - Hopefully by Monday or Tuesday it will be fixed, and it will be released shortly after.
Release status:
1) We are creating demo accounts for apple/google to try the app
2) We are creating privacy policy for the app
3) We are releasing the Beta version - planned to be released by end of day TODAY - planned means things can go south, and the app won't be released today
After the release:
1) I'm working on stabilizing the android digital key
2) Working on adding PKC functionality (pair FOBs, Sync NFC keys, etc)
3) Add more advanced features, such as ECU soft/hard reset, Advance calibrations, Write SecOC, etc
4) Support uploading DTC report to the cloud / sharing your DTC report with a service provider
5) Remote diagnostics
Long term commitment:
Develop a hardware that plugins to the Spider port / OBD port that will gives the car advance features:
1) use your own sim card, and get cloud access/ remote access from OLP
2) remote (over the cloud) preconditioning
3) remote (over the cloud) lock/unlock, ABRP, etc
4) HOTSPOT for the ICC
5) profiles support and more
