we would like to clarify that the Full Version of Freesker has been available from the start. All core functionalities have been released, and additional features are in development, as clearly communicated from the beginning. These upcoming functions are tied to reaching a defined number of pre-orders, which remains an essential part of our roadmap and community-supported growth model.
Additionally, we’ve been transparent about the issues we experienced with our former payment provider. These issues have been fully resolved for 4 days now. With our new secure payment system in place, we’ve established a new baseline and are now expecting a growing number of users.
Regarding your request for a refund:
As stated in our Refund Policy, refunds are not possible once a VIN has been individually activated. Each license is bound to a specific vehicle.
