Hier noch die Antwort der FOA (ging echt fix):

Hello Norbert.You are indeed registered as a paid member, so no issue there.
Unfortunately FOA does not have the ability to assess the health of your battery.
When that is referred to in communications it refers to the OTA team, which is not FOA, or a car owner taking the car to an auto shop for assessment.
The FiskerFi app is also not a FOA app. On the FiskerFi site check to see if you need to generate a new token. There are directions there or you can contact the operator of the site.
And lastly, if you are referring to the MyFisker app. that seems to come and go. That again is not under the control of FOA. We are however working on a new app and that information will be released as soon as testing is complete.
I am sorry that I am unable to directly assist you but I hope you will have success with these suggestions.

Ok, danke! Werde ich mal versuchen. Ist natürlich nicht so einfach, wenn man im Urlaub ist.

Bin im Urlaub und habe seit dem 23. Januar das gleiche Problem. Habe im Dezember schon meinen FOA Beitrag gezahlt. Auch Fisker FI funktioniert nicht. KANN JEMAND WAS ZUM STAND DER DINGE SAGEN?

Hallo! Einige haben ja nun schon Erfahrungen mit der 12V Batterie sammeln dürfen. Hat jemand eine Empfehlung? Ich will mir eine auf jeden Fall schon einmal auf Vorrat zur Seite legen. Danke im Voraus!

Wenn ich bei den Karten erst Besteller bin, jedoch bei den Schlüsseln auf der Warteliste stehe, kann ich die Karten dann jetzt schon bekommen? Muss ich erst auf eine PN warten? Sorry für die Verwirrtheit, aber vielen vielen Dank schon einmal für eure Bemühungen.
